Robert Paré Leader – Mergers, acquisitions and financing

Robert Paré is the leader of mergers, acquisitions and financing services. He provides services for SMEs and large companies, both at the private and public levels. As part of his work, he assists companies in various sectors, including manufacturing and distribution, within the Québec, Canadian and International markets. 

Robert oversees the successful completion of many mandates related to transactional services, structured finance and business valuation.

Robert has over 25 years of experience in soliciting and performing different corporate mandates (sale, purchase and financing). Before joining Mazars, he has worked as Vice President of financial advisory services for two major international accounting firms.

He is also member of the board at the Québec Cancer Foundation.
