Maxime Meunier Partner

Maxime Meunier, CPA auditor, has been a partner of Mazars in Canada since January 2022.

Maxime has extensive expertise with clients in the construction, manufacturing, healthcare and technology sectors. He mainly assists small and medium-sized businesses and proactively advises them in the tax optimization of their personal and corporate structures, the purchase and sale of companies as well as the evaluation and financing of their various business acquisition and succession projects. In addition, Maxime has led several corporate financial advisory engagements, including due diligence, financial restructuring, financial projections and business valuations.

As a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and the Ordre des Comptables Professionnels Agréés du Québec, he has extensive involvement in files not only in Quebec but also more broadly across Canada.

From the beginning of his career as a CPA, Maxime Meunier knew that he would dedicate his time and expertise to supporting entrepreneurs in the development and success of their business projects. He quickly distinguished himself by his dynamism, his vision and his involvement in business development within the various firms where he worked (Ottawa, Gatineau and now Montreal).

Maxime became the youngest partner at Mazars in Canada in January 2021, when he was only 32 years old.
