Fabrice Magini Senior Vice President

Fabrice Magini joined Mazars in March 2022 as Senior Vice President of mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance of Mazars Consulting Inc, corporate finance and transactional services firm of Mazars in Canada. He leads the corporate finance activity in Canada for corporate issuers, institutional investors and family office clientele.

Fabrice provides state-of-the-art M&A advisory services and innovative financing for Canadian entrepreneurs and businesses while also providing family offices and investment firms with distinctive investment opportunities. Fabrice leverages on more than 20 years of experience in financing, transactions and capital markets products, previously covering a wide range of clientele from Canada’s largest public businesses and institutions as well as venture capital investments and family offices.

Prior to joining Mazars, Fabrice was leading the transactional services and private asset investments for a world-leading financial institution, covering family offices and Ultra High Net Worth individuals based in Monaco. In all his previous roles, Fabrice has demonstrated his capacity in structuring and delivering innovative value-added transactions, in complex environments and with elaborated financing and investment products. He’s also been involved creating value as CFO and strategic advisor with several technology startups. Fabrice holds an MBA from HEC Montréal.
